John R. Eubanks

John R. Eubanks, Jr. graduated from the University of Virginia with high distinction in the field of Economics and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law where he served as an editorial board member of The Virginia Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif.

Admitted to the Bar in 1991, Mr. Eubanks enjoys a diverse practice in the area of Commercial Litigation including Business Litigation and Torts, Landlord Tenant Relationships, Real Estate and Brokerage Disputes, Land/Use Litigation and Appellate Law.

Mr. Eubanks’ professional affiliations include The Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. His civic activities include Vice-Chairman, Risk Management Committee, Sunfest, American Heart Association and Alumni Board of Directors for St. Andrew’s School.
