Paul A. Krasker completed a political studies program at the London School of Economics, graduated cum laude from Skidmore College and earned his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School. He practices in the commercial department with an emphasis on commercial and residential real estate financings and transactions, including sales, purchases and exchanges, as well as general business law, including entity formations, shareholders, agreements, employment and non-competition agreements, and the sale and acquisition of business through stock or asset transfers.

Mr. Krasker guest lectures on real estate related topics for local association of realtors and legal assistants.

Mr. Krasker is active within local civic associations, serving as past Director of the Business Development Board, past chair of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, member of City of West Palm Beach CRA Advisory Board, Advisory Council member for the Unity School in Delray Beach, Florida, executive committee and board member of the Academy of the Palm Beaches, Inc. and a volunteer with Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
