Marshall J. Osofsky

Marshall Osofsky received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University and his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law where he served as Editor-in-Chief of The Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law and was a member of the Moot Court team.

Mr. Osofsky practices in the area of general civil litigation including commercial litigation, personal injury and employment law. In addition, he is a Board Certified Appellate Lawyer who has practiced extensively before the Fourth District Court of Appeal, as well as having appeared before the Florida Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Osofsky is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, The Florida Bar and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
